About the Role:
- The HR Coordinator works alongside the HR Business Partner to execute a wide range of HR activities.
- This role serves as a key point of contact for HR-related questions and supports initiatives that enhance the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute full-cycle recruiting coordination, including posting jobs, screening, and scheduling interviews.
- Help coordinate onboarding and offboarding, maintain employee records, and support HR administration.
- Support culture and engagement initiatives, training rollouts, and performance management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required; 1-3 years of HR experience.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion.
