Job Description:
- Support the employee lifecycle by coordinating onboarding, contractual changes, promotions, salary changes, and leaver processes.
- Prepare and issue employment documentation, including offer letters, contracts, and amendments.
- Coordinate pre-employment checks, including references, Right to Work, and DBS checks.
- Maintain accurate employee records and support compliance monitoring.
Qualifications:
- Highly organized, methodical, and solution-focused.
- Previous experience in administration or coordination (minimum 2 years).
- Understanding of right to work compliance and sponsorships.
