- Support annual compliance initiatives including anti-harassment training and employee notices.
- Monitor Deel notifications and follow up on outstanding tasks to meet deadlines.
Programs & Employee Experience:
- Support recurring company programs and employee experience initiatives like iOS Parties and offsites.
- Maintain the annual People Operations calendar and track key deadlines.
- Create forms, templates, workflows, and process documentation.
