Role Overview:
- Own the overall P&L performance of patients attributed to Evergreen Nephrology.
- Drive operational performance of the Patient Engagement Services (PES) team.
- Ensure alignment, efficiency, and measurable results across both functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee Evergreen Provider Group (EPG) operations and strategy, including quality programs and payer partnerships.
- Provide strategic oversight of PES operations to effectively reach, engage, and schedule patients.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with clinical, operations, quality, and technology teams.
Qualifications & Compensation:
- 8+ years in healthcare operations with P&L oversight and team leadership.
- Experience in value-based care and virtual care delivery preferred.
- Pay range $175,000–$195,000 annually, plus annual bonus eligibility.
