Recruiting & Talent Operations:
- Coordinate and support the hiring process end-to-end.
- Partner with hiring managers to ensure a thoughtful and high-quality candidate experience.
- Help build and improve recruiting processes and systems as we scale.
People Operations & Employee Experience:
- Manage onboarding and offboarding processes across U.S. and international team members.
- Provide day-to-day support to employees, helping address questions and needs as they arise.
- Assist with benefits administration and general HR processes.
Global Compliance & Operations:
- Support compliance across multiple geographies (U.S., UK, Ireland, and contractors globally).
- Conduct research and stay up to date on employment laws and best practices.
- Help develop and maintain clear, lightweight internal guidelines and documentation.
