What You'll Do:
- Own the European expansion strategy and marketing roadmap, with UK and Germany as priority markets.
- Develop and execute endemic marketing campaigns within pet, outdoor, and lifestyle ecosystems.
- Localize Fi's brand, messaging, and positioning for UK and German audiences.
What You'll Bring:
- 8+ years in marketing with experience in a general manager or regional marketing lead role.
- Track record of launching or scaling a consumer brand in the UK and/or Germany via DTC and Amazon.
- Fluent in English and German, with deep familiarity with the UK and German consumer landscape.
