Responsibilities:

  • Hire, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Client Partners to exceed gross profit goals and grow professionally.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of people leadership experience in sales management with a proven track record.
  • 10+ years of total experience in consultative sales, strategic partnerships, or enterprise client leadership.
  • Exceptional understanding of business metrics and operational revenue drivers.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Total compensation range: $292,000 - $373,000, including base and variable bonus, plus equity.
