Product Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Support Foundation Fund and Charity Clients through training, product guidance and ongoing follow-up.
• Engage prospective donors and charities through inside-sales activities and explain services.
• Initiate Charity Fund applications and coordinate workflow handoffs across the team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience.
• CRM experience including sales pipeline management; excellent English and communication skills.
• High emotional intelligence, cultural competency, and ability to work virtually with dispersed teams.

Work Environment:

• Regular workdays from roughly 1400–2200 (EAT) to overlap with European and US Eastern Time.
• Willingness to work more than 8 hours per day during peak periods.
• Virtual team environment with emphasis on growth mindset and Christian mission alignment.
