Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a Dscout expert to run client research projects from planning to client engagement.
- Manage and mentor Research Advisors, conduct 1:1s, and partner with the Director on reviews.
- Drive enablement initiatives and design AI-driven resources for team efficiency.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Solutions-oriented mindset and excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to align with Central Standard Time working hours.
