Position Summary:
- Play a key role in leading revenue growth strategies for Hub clients beyond small-dollar fundraising
- Focus on helping news organizations diversify and expand revenue streams
- Work closely with the Senior Director of Consulting and talented members of the Hub’s Consulting and Success teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify revenue growth opportunities and diagnose blockers for Hub client organizations
- Design and run revenue sprints and experiments
- Help organizations diversify revenue and reduce dependence on any single funding source
Ideal Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience working in revenue areas in journalism or nonprofits: major donors, corporate philanthropy, advertising, or events
- Comfort with data and analytics to see trends and opportunities
- Demonstrable experience leading, developing and executing revenue strategy in a professional environment
