Why this role:
- Lead a high-velocity, audience-based sales team responsible for driving multi-market, regional revenue growth.
- Build a disciplined, package-first sales culture that drives multi-product adoption, increases ACV, and sales velocity.
- Develop hunters who sell audience solutions at scale.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations for a team of client partners, including hiring, training, coaching and development.
- Partner with Vertical Expertise, Axios Brand Studio and events teams.
- Suggest AI workflows to improve revenue generation and Client Partner effectiveness.
Requirements:
- 10+ years experience in sales, specifically in the digital media industry.
- Experience leading distributed, high-velocity sales teams at scale.
- Has multi-market sales experience.
