Accountabilities:
- Lead technical onboarding for new media and client partners from initial configuration to launch.
- Provide hands-on support for APIs, including XML payload validation and postback URL configuration.
- Conduct comprehensive QA and launch-readiness reviews to confirm integrations are production-ready.
Requirements:
- 1–3+ years of experience working with external technical partners or clients.
- Comfortable reading API documentation and working with XML and JSON data formats.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and exceptional attention to detail when validating integrations.
