Recruitment Coordinator/Administrator

The Role:

• Keep the recruitment engine running at full speed by owning ATS administration, candidate database health, and TA reporting.
• Support the team to focus on hiring great people.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Own day-to-day administration across multiple ATS platforms, keeping pipelines clean and data accurate.
• Manage and optimise the global candidate database, maintaining GDPR compliance.
• Produce regular TA reports on pipeline activity, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness.

What We Are Looking For:

• Hands-on ATS administration experience with knowledge of pipeline hygiene and data integrity.
• Ability to work with data and produce clean, accurate reports for non-technical stakeholders.
• Comfortable juggling multiple systems and building process documentation.
