About the Role:
- We are seeking a detail-obsessed, US-based Annuity Case Manager to own the post-proposal, pre-funding journey.
- You'll support 2–3 agents at a time, taking administrative work off their plates entirely.
Responsibilities:
- Run compliance-critical steps like OFAC/AML checks before any application data entry.
- Manage documentation, data entry, and drive applications to approval through underwriting.
- Coordinate funding logistics and keep agents and clients informed at every stage.
Qualifications:
- Background in case management, transaction coordination, or new-business processing.
- Comfortable inside a compliance boundary and fluent with Salesforce and carrier portals.
- Process-driven, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases concurrently.
