What you’ll do:

  • Illustrate business value by defining clear metrics and proof points for customer engagements
  • Demonstrate thought leadership and be a valued internal resource across sales and engineering
  • Communicate critical customer concerns and use understanding of trends to influence talent strategy

You should have:

  • Experience in Customer Success as a Customer Success Manager, or similar role
  • Project management expertise
  • Background in SaaS, a plus
