Core Responsibilities:

  • Manage all auction and inventory aspects, including audits of inbound units, existing inventory, and sold units to mitigate losses.
  • Generate daily reports to review eligible inventory, communicate sales information to auction vendors, and inspect repossessed vehicles for optimal repair.

Operational Duties:

  • Arrange optimal selling times and determine appropriate sales prices based on market conditions.
  • Conduct sale audits to ensure policy compliance and report findings to the Asset Remarketing Management Team.
  • Assist in title resolutions, daily report reviews, pricing units, and reinstatements with prompt customer unit returns.

Collaboration and Compliance:

  • Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external contacts to ensure adherence to procedures and service level agreements.
  • Resolve delays or issues with auction staff to ensure timely sales and process incoming communication requests regarding units.
  • Address loan accounting issues and facilitate post-sale auction arbitrations for approval.
