Core Responsibilities:
- Manage all auction and inventory aspects, including audits of inbound units, existing inventory, and sold units to mitigate losses.
- Generate daily reports to review eligible inventory, communicate sales information to auction vendors, and inspect repossessed vehicles for optimal repair.
Operational Duties:
- Arrange optimal selling times and determine appropriate sales prices based on market conditions.
- Conduct sale audits to ensure policy compliance and report findings to the Asset Remarketing Management Team.
- Assist in title resolutions, daily report reviews, pricing units, and reinstatements with prompt customer unit returns.
Collaboration and Compliance:
- Build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external contacts to ensure adherence to procedures and service level agreements.
- Resolve delays or issues with auction staff to ensure timely sales and process incoming communication requests regarding units.
- Address loan accounting issues and facilitate post-sale auction arbitrations for approval.
