Recruitment Operations & Sourcing Specialist

Job Posting & Platform Management:

• You will create and publish job postings across LinkedIn, Indeed, and BrightMove.
• You will follow platform-specific guidelines to keep listings accurate.
• You will refresh, edit, and close out postings as roles progress.

Applicant Data & Pipeline Operations:

• You will manage applicant scraping and capture applicant details accurately.
• You will download CVs and organize them in the database.
• You will keep the candidate database clean and de-duplicated.

Candidate Sourcing:

• You will proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, Indeed, and HireEZ.
• You will build talent pipelines for recurring openings.
• You will conduct initial outreach and track engagement.
