Role Focus:
- 100% hunting with emphasis on cold calling, email, and outbound activities
- First point of contact for prospective enterprise customers
What You'll Do:
- Hunt for new enterprise leads via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
- Qualify prospects and set up meetings for the sales team
- Research accounts and tailor outreach to decision-makers
What We Look For:
- 1–3 years in outbound sales (BDR/SDR), ideally in B2B SaaS
- Cold outreach prospecting experience
- Fluent in German and English, other languages a plus
