About the Role:
- Build and lead our Customer Success organization.
- Drive adoption, expansion, and retention for our customers.
- Ensure the voice of the customer is deeply embedded across the business.
What You'll Do:
- Lead, motivate, and grow the FinOps Account Management and Customer Success Management teams.
- Develop a strategy for scaling Customer Success.
- Build and optimize Customer Success processes and metrics.
What You Bring:
- 15+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or related roles.
- Previous leadership experience in leading, building, and developing a global customer success org.
- Strong background working with complex, technical software products.
