Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality support across multiple channels, using sound judgment and product knowledge to resolve issues with minimal escalation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 1 year of customer-facing experience in fintech, banking, telecom, or global contact centers.
  • Fluent in both English and French, with the ability to work legally in Brazil and commute to São Paulo for initial training.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays, with a self-starter attitude and commitment to diversity and inclusion.
