What you'll do:
- Design and own the TA data architecture ecosystem, ensuring seamless integration between ATS, HRIS, and Clinical Recruiting analytics.
- Build, maintain, and scale robust data pipelines and automated dashboards as the single source of truth for global TA metrics.
- Establish governance standards for data cleanliness, compliance, and TA reporting methodologies across the organization.
Capacity and predictive modeling:
- Develop sophisticated recruiter capacity and workload models to optimize staffing for fluctuating hiring demands.
- Architect predictive hiring models, including time-to-fill forecasting, offer acceptance curves, and funnel conversion yield ratios.
- Partner with Finance and Workforce Planning to align headcount budgets, attrition forecasts, and hiring plans.
Executive storytelling and insights:
- Translate complex datasets into compelling, executive-ready narratives for the Head of Talent Acquisition and Executive Team.
- Lead quarterly and annual business reviews, delivering actionable insights rather than raw numbers.
- Act as an internal consultant, proactively identifying trends and recommending data-driven interventions.
About you:
- 7+ years in data analytics or workforce planning, with at least 3 years focused on TA/HR analytics at enterprise scale.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel or SQL, with experience building data models in Tableau, Power BI, or Visier.
- Exceptional communication skills and a proven track record of distilling technical data for executive audiences.
