About the Role:

What You'll Do:

- Own operational standards, SOPs, and playbooks across markets.

What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of healthcare operations, client success, or related experience.
- Experience managing enterprise-level client relationships.
- Strong operational process improvement and communication skills.
