Key Responsibilities:
- Build and execute the food service go-to-market strategy, including target segments, route-to-market, and annual plan.
- Select and manage distribution partners, brokers, and GPOs to drive menu adoption and revenue.
- Lead tastings, menu ideation, and product trials to win operator accounts.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of food service sales experience with a proven track record of growing revenue.
- Active network of relationships with brokers, distributors, and chain operators.
- Entrepreneurial mindset comfortable building a channel from scratch.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base salary of $173,000–$215,000 plus bonus and stock options.
