Channel Operations Coordinator

What You'll Own:

• Partner records. Onboard new partners, keep agreements, contacts, and tiers current, and close out quiet partners.
• Deal registration. Receive registrations, check conflicts, route for decision, and communicate outcomes.
• Pipeline hygiene. Ensure every partner-sourced opportunity carries the right source and partner.

Reporting:

• Build and run the weekly partner pipeline report for the scorecard.
• Track referral payouts and prepare them for approval.
• Handle event follow-through and get contacts into CRM within a week.

Partner Communications:

• Send program updates and distribute enablement materials with marketing.
• Keep the partner contact list clean for accurate communications.
• Flag any discrepancies in registrations or payouts promptly.
