Sales Campaigns & Content:
- Own email cadences across the full sales lifecycle, from MQL to Closed Lost, and run structured A/B testing programs.
- Develop and maintain sales collateral like decks and one-pagers segmented by entity type, geo, and professional vertical.
- Support content initiatives on channels like Reddit and community forums to drive scheduled call volume.
Training & Onboarding:
- Own the Account Executive and BDR training curriculum, from new hire bootcamp through ongoing skill development.
- Design 60-day onboarding plans with explicit KPI milestones and build certification programs to ensure reps are quota-ready.
- Facilitate peer call review culture and create feedback loops to improve team performance week over week.
Measurement & Accountability:
- Track campaign performance, training compliance, and rep ramp metrics against defined benchmarks.
- Leverage Nooks, Salesforce, and BI tooling to surface insights and report program ROI to sales leadership.
- Proactively identify gaps in rep knowledge or collateral coverage and close them before they become revenue problems.
Flex Support & Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as connective tissue between Sales and Legal, Product, Growth, and Member Services, translating policy changes into actionable rep guidance.
- Gather voice-of-customer and voice-of-field insights to inform product and marketing decisions.
- Support the Director of Sales on strategic GTM projects and flex as an Account Executive when needed.
