• You will lead full-cycle recruitment from first outreach to close.
• The ideal candidate will possess proven experience recruiting for specialized roles, including infrastructure, AI, and machine learning.

A Typical Day:

• Lead searches for technical roles across various engineering groups.
• Host candidates through the interview lifecycle, ensuring an exceptional candidate experience.
• Research and map the market to uncover top technical talent.

Your Expertise:

• 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, particularly recruiting senior level hires.
• Experience with Greenhouse (ATS), Gem, and/or Airtable.
• Proven track record of building trust and credibility with senior executives.
