The Role:
- Supporting the People Operations team during a 12-month fixed-term contract for caregiver cover.
- Helping keep core operations running smoothly while contributing to HRIS implementation projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administering employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding.
- Responding to employee queries and ensuring accurate data and compliance.
- Designing and improving workflows to support growth across multiple EU countries.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong prioritisation and attention to detail in a high-volume environment.
- Hands-on experience with HRIS systems and a passion for automation.
- Great communication skills and a customer-service mindset.
