About the Role:

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility processes across HRIS, payroll, and benefits teams.
• Manage employee inquiries and cases, escalating sensitive matters to appropriate stakeholders.
• Collaborate with People, Legal, Finance, and technical teams to streamline processes and support automation.

Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in HR or People Operations.
• Hands-on experience with HRIS platforms like Dayforce or Workday.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
