Associate, People Operations

Role Overview:

• Support day-to-day People Operations and serve as first point of contact for employees.
• Manage service desk tickets and resolve HR questions with accuracy and care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process employee lifecycle changes in UKG and run data audits to ensure record accuracy.
• Interpret People policies and escalate sensitive matters to People Partners with full context.
• Improve processes, maintain SOPs, and leverage AI tools to boost efficiency.
