About the Role:
- You'll report into the People Operations Manager and support the full employee lifecycle for a fast-growing team across all 50 states.
- You'll help move from reactive support to proactively shaping Nourish's talent and culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for People Ops questions on leave, payroll, and policies, and work the ticket queue with warmth and speed.
- Administer onboarding, off-boarding, leave programs like FMLA and parental bonding, and keep HRIS records accurate.
- Own compliance reporting across all 50 states and handle sensitive employee information with confidentiality.
Who You Are:
- You have 2+ years of People Ops generalist experience in a high-growth startup and hands-on HRIS and leave administration knowledge.
- You're a self-starter with high EQ, sound judgment, and the ability to juggle many requests while driving each to resolution.
- You communicate clearly and are energized by ambiguity and building from 1 to 10.
