What You’ll Do:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for senior Engineering, Product, and Design roles.
- Manage, coach, and develop a small team of recruiters and sourcers.
- Partner with leaders to translate hiring plans into sourcing strategies.

- 8+ years of full life-cycle technical recruiting, with 3+ years managing recruiters.
- Experience measuring pipeline conversion, source quality, and time-to-fill.
