About the Role:
- Play a critical role in providing high-quality initial contact with users to ensure seamless service experience.
- Partner with Engineering, Program, and Product teams to keep platform and dashboards intuitive and mission-aligned.
What Success Looks Like:
- 30 days: onboard and shadow user interviews to establish baseline of legacy operations.
- 60 days: take ownership of user documentation and maintain OT data visualization dashboards.
- 90 days: foster community engagement and deliver report on quantifiable cost savings.
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct workflow training sessions to accelerate feature adoption.
- Audit workflows to identify friction points and provide targeted solutions.
- Curate user documentation and FAQs for self-service and zero-touch resolutions.
What You Bring:
- At least 4 years of experience in User/Customer Success or IT Enablement roles.
- Exceptional writing and communication skills; proficiency in data visualization platforms.
- Ability to obtain Secret Clearance and U.S. Citizenship.
