University Operations Coordinator

What You Will Own:

• Oversee the full onboarding process for new university partners, ensuring an efficient and successful platform launch.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for university stakeholders throughout the onboarding process.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with College Pads and StarRez teams to facilitate smooth platform implementations.

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in project management, implementation, customer success, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with university partners.
