Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and lead enterprise-wide operational risk strategies that strengthen workplace safety and reduce incidents.
  • Oversee Workers' Compensation, General Liability, Auto, Property, and other corporate insurance programs.
  • Partner with field operations to implement safety standards and training programs across subsidiaries.

Compliance Oversight:

  • Ensure compliance with federal and state employment regulations including ACA, FLSA, ADA, FMLA, EEOC, and OSHA.
  • Design corporate HR policies, employee handbooks, and compliance frameworks.
  • Conduct audits of wage and hour practices and employee classifications.

Executive Collaboration:

  • Prepare executive dashboards and quarterly reports for senior leadership and Board of Directors.
  • Provide guidance on employee relations and high-risk termination decisions.
  • Establish governance frameworks and reporting standards for multi-entity operations.
