Accountabilities:
- Build and lead the Business Operations and Performance function, establishing scalable processes, governance structures, and operating rhythms.
- Partner with executive leaders to improve decision-making through business insights, performance reporting, and data-driven recommendations.
- Develop KPI frameworks, leadership dashboards, scorecards, and management reporting systems.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of progressive experience in Business Operations, FP&A, Revenue Operations, or similar functions.
- Demonstrated experience supporting executive leadership with forecasting, planning, and performance management.
- Advanced analytical, financial modeling, and business planning skills.
