About the Position:
- You'll be a key business partner to clients, advising on complex HR matters across EMEA.
- You'll own the full employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth operations and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end TUPE processes across UK/Ireland.
- Manage consultations, data audits, and transfer-related cases.
- Drive automation and AI adoption to streamline HR processes.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of HR experience with UK/Ireland TUPE expertise.
- Deep knowledge of regional labour laws.
- Tech-savvy with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, and Confluence.
