About the Role:
- As a Customer Impact Manager, help child welfare organizations implement and maximize the value of Augintel's AI-powered platform.
- Act as a trusted advisor to both executive leaders and frontline staff, partnering with customers from sales through long-term success.
- Drive utilization, support organizational change, and ensure measurable outcomes for children and families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementations including project planning, stakeholder engagement, and product configuration.
- Build relationships with leaders and staff, aligning solutions with organizational goals and operational needs.
- Gather customer feedback and inform product enhancements and innovation.
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of child welfare experience with a track record of leading implementations and cross-functional initiatives.
- Strong stakeholder management, executive communication, and change management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HubSpot, Mixpanel, PowerBI, and Tableau is a plus.
