People Analytics Analyst

The People Analytics Team at Plaid is focused on leveraging data to uncover insights that make Plaid the best place to work, using reporting, analytics, & people-focused solutions to support our business, enable growth, and help employees succeed. As the second team member to the small but mighty People Analytics team, you will help create the vision and build the future of Plaid’s People reporting & analysis foundation. This role involves identifying business needs, understanding current state systems, constructing actionable reporting, and building analyses to inform business & people decisions. Responsibilities include delivering data analysis and support for key People initiatives, creating and managing foundational data products, serving as a trusted advisor to the People Team, and partnering in building and maintaining scalable data pipelines and datasets.
