About the Role:
- Own full-cycle recruitment for sales positions including Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and Sales Managers.
- Partner with sales leadership to attract, assess, and hire top-tier sales talent.
- Run high-volume hiring for multiple openings across GCC and MENA.
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of recruiting experience, ideally at a staffing/search firm or fast-growing company.
- Proven track record of bulk hiring for sales roles in GCC and/or MENA.
- Fluent in Arabic and English, written and spoken.
