What you'll do:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for AE, SDR, Relationship Manager, and Account Development roles.
- Run kickoffs and calibrations with hiring managers and adjust searches using funnel data.
What you'll need:
- 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including 1+ years in-house, ideally for sales roles.
- Strong organization, sourcing, and data skills, with high-volume search experience.
Nice to have:
- Experience at a fintech, SaaS, or high-growth startup.
- Familiarity with Greenhouse, Gem, or similar tools.
