Role:

  • Take ownership of escalated customer concerns by capturing facts and following resolution steps.
  • Follow up with customers through multiple channels to resolve appliance-related issues.
  • Negotiate and implement concessions in the best interest of customers and the company.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED and 1 year call-center experience.
  • 2 years of escalated customer service experience.
  • Ability to handle high-volume calls while using multiple online applications.

Environment:

  • Dedicated distraction-free work area with ASI-provided equipment.
  • Reliable internet with ping ≤50 ms, download ≥50 Mbps, upload ≥15 Mbps.
  • Training is 10 weeks full-time Monday-Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM CST.
