Role:
- Take ownership of escalated customer concerns by capturing facts and following resolution steps.
- Follow up with customers through multiple channels to resolve appliance-related issues.
- Negotiate and implement concessions in the best interest of customers and the company.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED and 1 year call-center experience.
- 2 years of escalated customer service experience.
- Ability to handle high-volume calls while using multiple online applications.
Environment:
- Dedicated distraction-free work area with ASI-provided equipment.
- Reliable internet with ping ≤50 ms, download ≥50 Mbps, upload ≥15 Mbps.
- Training is 10 weeks full-time Monday-Friday 8:30 AM–5:00 PM CST.
