Talent Acquisition Partner - Contract

Work Location & Schedule:

• This position begins as a remote contract role, with preference for candidates in Austin, TX; Atlanta, GA; Troy, MI; or Indianapolis, IN.
• If converted to a direct employee, those near a company office follow a hybrid model of four days onsite and one day remote.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Create recruitment plans and calendars aligned with operational and sales projections, ensuring diverse and qualified teams.
• Source applicants through multiple channels like LinkedIn, professional networks, and universities, and manage the full hiring process.
• Utilize ATS reporting tools to generate weekly metrics and maintain records for stakeholders.
