Accountabilities:
- Drive revenue growth and achieve defined sales targets across the U.S. dairy and ruminant business by developing and executing strategic account plans.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers at feed manufacturers, distributors, and other strategic partners.
- Identify customer needs and align tailored product and service solutions from across the portfolio to deliver measurable value.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Business, or related field preferred.
- At least 5 years of experience in B2B sales within ruminant, dairy, or related agricultural industries.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and expanding accounts.
