About the Role:
- Responsible for structuring and negotiating long-term offtake agreements.
- Leads commercial deal processes from engagement to contract signature.
- Acts as key interface between project, finance, legal, and external stakeholders.
Your Profile:
- At least 3+ years managing complex commercial processes in energy or infrastructure.
- Proven track record in international deal-making and contract negotiation.
- Strong financial modeling and advanced Excel skills.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Annual base salary range of $140,000 to $192,000 plus bonus.
- Paid vacation, medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match.

Additional:
- US-based remote role; travel to Bend, Oregon and Amsterdam may be required.
- Not able to sponsor visas.
