What you will do:
- Manage a portfolio of Mid-Market and Enterprise accounts with complex configurations.
- Drive renewals, escalations, and proactive customer engagement.
- Leverage data and automation to scale success across the customer base.
What you bring to the team:
- 5+ years in Customer Success or Account Management.
- Strong technical aptitude with SaaS platforms and executive presence.
- Ability to lead through ambiguity and influence at all levels.
