Position Overview:
- Serve as a senior, client-facing technical advisor working directly with prospective and existing clients.
- Evaluate technology environments to identify risks, inefficiencies, and modernization opportunities.
- Develop clear recommendations and strategic technology roadmaps.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct technical discovery sessions and comprehensive assessments across infrastructure, cloud, security, and IT operations.
- Translate complex findings into clear summaries for both technical and business stakeholders.
- Partner with sales, solutions, engineering, and delivery teams to shape implementation strategies.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud engineering, or solution architecture.
- Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, networking, identity platforms, and security technologies.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills, including experience producing assessment reports and executive summaries.
