Role Responsibilities:
- Manage daily team operations, ensuring clear visibility into workloads and effective escalation paths.
- Provide hands-on support during coverage gaps and handle complex partner escalations directly.
- Develop and improve team processes, documentation, and communication standards to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications:
- 4-6+ years of experience in operations or client service within a startup or high-growth environment.
- Proven ability in informal or formal people management, guiding teams without always having formal authority.
- Excellent communication skills to translate detailed team updates into leadership-level insights.
