About the Role:
- You will be the first point of contact for our clients across calls and email, resolving queries with genuine care.
- You will be the dedicated service contact for high-net-worth clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support clients in Arabic and English, with French as a plus, maintaining clear and professional communication.
- Guide clients through KYC and account processes, coordinating with internal teams to remove friction.
- Handle complaints with empathy and keep accurate records of all interactions.
Qualifications:
- Fluency in Arabic and English is essential; French is desirable.
- Bachelor's degree with 2+ years in client service, ideally in financial services or fintech.
- Strong phone, email, and chat handling skills with active listening and attention to detail.
