Key Responsibilities:

For pipeline development: source candidates, build networks, manage events, and improve tracking systems.
For round management: oversee hiring projects, evaluate candidates, guide hiring managers, and maintain infrastructure.

Compensation and Benefits:

Baseline compensation of $130,525 (including 401(k) grant) with potential for senior level at $155,825.
