Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers within our customer base, focusing on high-value accounts.
  • Analytics Expertise: Guide customers in optimizing their use of the platform to understand data and gain actionable insights, leveraging business intelligence knowledge.

NDR Growth:

  • Develop and implement strategies aimed at maximizing Net Dollar Retention through identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and reducing churn.
  • Serve as the bridge between customers and the product team by advocating for features and enhancements to drive satisfaction and retention.

Required Skills / Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field with 7+ years in customer success or account management within SaaS or analytics.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience navigating complex enterprise sales environments and managing multiple stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to manage and grow customer accounts, focusing on net dollar retention and using SQL or data visualization tools.
